MailAssistant: Your Personal Email Reader and Notifier

In the early days, the go-to guy in news and updates was the town crier. As the official messenger of the town, the town crier was responsible for reading out any special announcements that the town council wishes to forward to the townspeople. Today, however, important announcements are conveniently forwarded to a group of people via email. And because almost everybody today has their own personal email accounts, the services of a town crier are no longer in demand.

The legacy of a town crier, however, did not end with the birth of email systems. In fact, the creative team from PPP Infotech Ltd developed MailAssistant, an innovative software that allows you to listen to the content of your email messages as if they were read by a town crier.

Reading email messages

In MailAssistant, the one responsible for reading out your email messages is a 3D animated character. The 3D animated character, which can be anyone from a blue-skinned genie or a white-bearded wizard (depending on which one you will choose), has been especially designed with a natural-sounding voice to help you understand your message more clearly.

Notifying email alerts

Aside from reading out email messages in a natural-sounding voice, the 3D animated character from MailAssistant is also capable of notifying you whenever your email account receives a new message. Therefore, it provides you with a quick preview of the origin, the subject, the size, and the abstract of each email as it arrives in your inbox. MailAssistant also allows you to either save or delete the abstract of each email message without the hassle of downloading it.
