I deal with a client who always, always, without fail TYPES IN ALL CAPITALS ALL THE TIME NO MATTER WHAT. It's very annoying to read and if this client was a friend, I'd just say, "Hey! STOP SCREAMING AT ME! Thanks." But obviously this is a professional environment and that probably wouldn't go over too well. Is there a passive-aggressive way to get my client to knock off the caps? Like maybe an email greeting card service type thing?
