I Huey G. Granger is writting this brief with the best of my knowledge. I am asking the Court to accept my brief and my case. I am asking the Court to grant me a fair trial and the ten million dollars tax free in my pocket that the City of Pearl, owes me not a penny less and one hundred percent of all my medical, medicine and therapy for the rest of my life. I want the City of Pearl, to pay for everything that they have done to me the last eight years. The credit card Co. is still waitting for their money and also the medical bills that I owe they want their money now. I plan to pay my bills so the City Of Pearl, needs to pay their bill that they owe me. These are things that have happened over the past eight years. On June 2, 2002 I received a call at work from my ex wife to go home and check on my daughter. When I got to my house I found my daughters ex boyfriend at my house. He was not supposed to be there, we had a restraining order against him, because he hit my daughter in the mouth. My daughter and I, went to make charges against the ex boyfriend, but the police interrogated my daughter and I for four hours. They put a streetlight lampshade with electric wires hooked to it on the top of my head and told me it would shoot electricity through me, but they hit me in the back of my head. They also cut my wrist with the handcuffs. I was fired from Wal-mart because of my neck and bad health and I was supposed to be on light duty, but they did not take that into consideration. I have not been able to keep a lawyer the first lawyer I hired was against me and for the City Of Pearl, so I fired him and the last two lawyers quit on me. It is almost impossible to keep a lawyer for my case. Before June 2, 2002 my health was very good. I have been denied all my unemployment benefits and my Social Secial Disability. All I get is two hundred dollars in food stamps each month. My daughter is helping me spell and reword the sentences because I am dyslexic, discalculate and slightly mentally retarded. Since all of my problems have been the result of the actions of the City Of Pearl, I want them to be held accountable for the false arrest and the abuse they did to me. August 2009 I had a jury trial and did not get to show my video tape of the police hitting me and tell my story about what happen on June 2, 2002. The judge had the jury to vote for my case to either proceed or be denied and the jury did not know what my case was about so they denied me. I appealed my case at the court in New Orleans, to make an appeal and my case was denied twice. What’s right is right and What’s wrong is wrong. I want justice done all the way.

I have been unemployed for twenty six months and I am not able to work because I have applied for disability multiple times and I do have an attorney but nothing is getting done. My case is pending and I am wanting you to help by calling someone in the Social Security disability office to speed the process up. I need help with this getting done because I need my bills paid and I am already two months past due for paying them. The only source of income I receive is food stamps and really need my Social Security disability before I lose everything I have.
