When President-elect Barack Obama assumes his post in the White House, he needs to give up something that most people can’t even live without: email. Yes, as soon as he takes his oath as the President of the United States of America, Mr. Obama needs to surrender his precious Blackberry to the rightful authorities.

As an early defense against potential “Watergate Scandals” in the future, the US Congress amended the Presidential Records Act (PRA): a decree that requires all presidential and vice-presidential records to be placed in public archives. These records include everything from state documents and personal letters.
According to the Congress, the PRA was amended “to underscore the fact that presidential records belong to the American people, not to the president.” These records, however, will only be open for public review twelve years after the conclusion of the president’s administration.
Vulnerable to hacking
The debate on whether or not Mr. Obama should refrain from sending or receiving emails heated even more when Verizon Wirless, a US telephone company, revealed that some of its employees (without authorization, of course) had accessed records from Mr. Obama’s inactive cell phone account.
Mr. Obama’s email account, as evidenced by the unauthorized access of his cell phone account, is still threatened by email hacking. Being the White House’s main man, after all, doesn’t make him invulnerable from being the victim of illegal activities.
Dependent on email
Despite the email security issues and the PRA, Mr. Obama is still trying to work his way into staying in-touch with the cyber world. After all, he needs an email service to continuously correspond to his colleagues and keep in touch with his family and friends. According to reports, Mr. Obama is determined to accomplish another “first” in US history. This time, he wants to be the first American President to have a laptop on his Oval Office desk.

I work full-time in an Alzheimers unit at Howard County facility. We are struggling financially to stay afloat. Our home is in need of repair and we can’t afford to fix it up. siding and windows are rotting off. Please know that I feel the hand of God is upon you. I will pray that you realize this fact. I suggest that you bath yourself in daily prayer, and He will support you in the many difficult decisions required of you. Surround yourself with “truthful and honest” advisors, those who do not have their own interest at heart, but the peoples. Take their suggestions and advise, however, search your heart for the final answers.
The financial problems are so very deep, my advise, discontinue “the Bail Outs”. The drain on the budget is too serering, and may never recover. Your analysis during your pre-election is absolutely correct – care for the masses, the lower and middle wage earners – the 95% of tax paying citizens that you lovingly spoke of so many times. The one’s that voted for you, believe in you, and so many that are praying for your meaningful leadership.
Look into avenues of relief for homeowners who have not falsified info on their loan applications; just fallen behind in their mortgage payments due to sickness and/or loss of jobs. Encourage the lenders of the loans to allow the serious owners to have lower interest rate for a period of time, extending the term of the loan, and some tax breaks. Use care when dealing with any one from the Fanny Mae or Freddie Mac group it is felt that dishonesty permeates thru out the organization. Also, for the business owners, support them and give possible tax breaks, like for capital gains, etc.
Remove the dishonesty and corruption within the White House. Set very stiff rules and regulations for Wall Street. Their genius “fast buck” financial schemes are major part of the reason we are in this mess. Take away their big bonuses’. Show accountability to the stock holders, and in fact, to the whole world.
I’m sorry that I did not send this sooner; however, I appreciate the opportunity to be able to communicate with you. Rest assured we will be praying for you. May this Christmas be filled with love and joy that our Lord wants for each of us. Your family attention is so very important, especially the children. This is just a thought we had: So many companies and people are suffering; close to bankruptcy, etc. Instead of trying to bail-out companies and not knowing for sure where the money is going when you do bail them out, why not give each American family a million dollars and a single person about $500,000. By doing this, the American people could pay off their mortgages which would help the housing/banking system; buy new cars which would help the auto industry; pay off their debts which would give the people a chance to purchase items that would help the business in general. I agree totally with “J.Andersen” posted Jan.4, 2009. I don’t know what the dollar figure would be but why not give the money back to the hard working tax payers? my dislexic, discalculate and slightly mentally retarded and Wal-mart has

Back in June of 2002 my dad was assulted by a couple of police in Pearl, Ms. They didn’t have the right to assult an innocent man. I am asking the court to grant all my letters that I have sent to
the court. I want to thank the court for giving me a court date and
letting me represent myself in court and also a jury trial. I am send-
ing a copy of that I have been sending copies of all my papers to
President Obama Administration and the FBI knows all about my
case also and I want the City of Pearl Police Dept. to know there
is no way out of it. The interogation happen on the City of Pearl
Police Dept. property they should be one hundred percent account-

Dear President OBAMA,
My husband and I are seniors and still working part time. All our frineds
are working seniors. When you ran for office you said you would take
care of the seniors that they deserved it. Now we are not getting our
cost of living in our social security check and you want to raise medicare
How can you give money to every business and the congress give them
selves a raise and you take everything away from the seniors. I believe if
we don’t recieve our cost of living raise it will hurt you when you run again.
Don’t forget we voted for you on your word. A person is only as good as his word. I know it is hard making decisions and the health care is an issue. Why not let people keep what they have and have everyone pay
so much for their insurance you can’t keep giving everything for nothing,.
If everyone paid you can pass the health insurance and put a stop to
doctors high charges. Especially operations why do they have to make so much money on an operation why not put a lid on operations instead of 69,99 why not cap it for 20,000 they don’t have to get rich in one day.
Hospitals are charging too much for rooms. Nurses are making a lot of money. Teachers are making way too much money. They all have jobs
but our people are too greedy. Everyone wants more. Ten year is wrong if it was for everyone I can see it but just for teachers. Wrong.
They are there to do a job no one should be paid for doing a good job they should be doing a good job in the first place that is why they are there.Everyone to get raises except the seniors it is ashame seniors in
their 70 and 80’s are out there working while some young ones don’t want to work. I wish you luck and hope you help the seniors because
all they get is the few dollars in social security cost of living . Some seniors get 300 to 1,000 a month to live on can you live on that?
Think it over and let me know what you are thinking of doing. I can
see a raise in medicare like 2 – 3 dollars a year. Everything is going
up except our social security. Utilities are going to be raised 30%, our taxes county, property and municipal are going to be raised 30%.
No one is helpilng the average middle class people. Where is all
the help that you promised us. We are a group of seniors who all
feel this way. Some are talking that we should take buses to washington. We shall see what the future brings.

These are the thing that have happened over the past seven years.
On June 2, 2002 I received a call at work from my ex wife to go home
to check on my daughter. When I got to my house I found my
daughters ex boyfriend at my house. He was not supposed to be
there, we had a restraining order against him, because he hit my
daughter in the mouth. My daughter and I, went to make charges
against the ex boyfriend, but the police interrogated my daughter
and I for four hours. They hit me in the back of my head and messed
up my neck permently. I was fired from my job because of my neck
and bad health and I was supposed to be on light duty, but they did
not take that into consideration. I have not been able to keep a
lawyer the first lawyer I hired was against me and for the city so I
fired him and the last two lawyers quit on me. It is almost impossible
to keep a lawyer for my case. Before June 2, 2002 my health was
very good. My doctor in Crystal Springs, Ms cut off my pain medicine,
but kept me on my high blood pressure medicine. I had to get a new
doctor at Brandon Health Clinic. My new doctor sent me to the Cross-
gates Clinic to have surgery on my neck on August 1, 2009 and I am
still under the doctors care. I have been denied all my unemployment
benefits and my social security disbility. I cannot find a job, because
of my bad health, dyslexia, discalculate and slightly mentally retarted.
I went and picked up my records from the court in Jackson, Ms I be-
lieve all my records are in the box, except for the number two video
tape that the man could not find in the vault. The number two tape
is the tape that shows the police hitting me in the back of my head
and a lampshade on my head. I hope the court can fine the missing
video tape. Since all of my problems have been the result of the actions
of the City of Pearl, I want them to be held accountable for the false
arrest and the abuse they did to me. I want my rights as an American
to be up held. I want the City of Pearl to pay me the money I am asking
